Order processing

Orders are prepared and dispatched within 3 business days. You receive an email with a tracking number when your order ships.

Customs duties and import taxes

European Union. Prices include VAT. There is nothing more to pay on delivery.

United Kingdom, United States and other countries outside the European Union. Prices are shown without French VAT. Import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are charged by the country of delivery. They are payable by you when the parcel is delivered and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. The amount depends on your country's rules; contact your local customs office for details.
