30 days to change your mind

You may return any item within 30 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Condition of returned items

Items must come back as new:

unworn, unwashed and unused;
free of stains, marks, odors and damage;
complete, with all tags attached;
in their original packaging.

We inspect every return. If an item comes back worn, stained, damaged or incomplete, we may reduce the refund to reflect its loss of value.

How to return an item

Tell us before the 30 days end, by email to contact@siwf.eu or through our return form. Give your name, order number and the items you are returning.
We reply with the return address and instructions.
Send the items back within 14 days of telling us, using a tracked service.

Return shipping costs

You pay the cost of sending the items back. We do not provide return labels and we do not refund return shipping, unless the item is defective or we made a mistake.

Refunds

We refund the price of the returned items and the standard delivery charge of your original order within 14 days of receiving your return, or of receiving proof that you have sent it. The refund is made with the payment method you used.

Defective or incorrect items

If you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, email contact@siwf.eu with your order number, photos and a short description. We replace the item or refund you in full, and we pay for the return.

This does not affect your legal guarantees, described in our Terms of Sale.
