Standard delivery time is 3–6 weeks, counted from the date your order and payment are confirmed.
Why? Because we refuse to exploit workers, sacrifice quality, or “fake” fast shipping by holding inventory that pushes costs (and risks) onto the environment and people.

If your delivery takes longer than expected due to reasons within SIWF’s control (production or logistics delays on our side), we reward your patience:

Delivery under 3 weeks: No compensation (this is our normal delivery time)

Delivery between 3 and 6 weeks: You receive a 50% store credit voucher for your next purchase

Delivery over 6 weeks: You receive a 100% store credit voucher—your next order is free

This is not a cash refund, and does not apply to your current order.

Compensation only applies to delays directly caused by SIWF. Delays due to customs, incorrect shipping information, force majeure (strikes, natural disasters, border issues), or any circumstances outside SIWF’s direct control are excluded.
