Textile Care

Cotton & Organic Cotton

Washing:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C max)
  • Use mild detergent
  • Turn inside out to protect prints
  • Do not bleach

Drying:

  • Tumble dry low OR air dry (more eco-friendly)
  • Remove promptly to prevent wrinkles

Ironing:

  • Iron medium heat
  • Iron inside out to protect prints

Lenticular Print Products ⚠️

Extra care needed for our innovative prints!

Washing:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C max) gentle cycle
  • ALWAYS inside out
  • Separate from rough fabrics

Drying:

  • Air dry ONLY - no tumble dryer
  • Lay flat if possible

Ironing:

  • Do NOT iron directly on lenticular print
  • Iron inside out only, low heat

Hoodies & Sweatshirts

Washing:

  • Machine wash cold (30°C)
  • Inside out recommended
  • Mild detergent

Drying:

  • Air dry or tumble dry low
  • Hang to maintain shape

Ironing:

  • Low to medium heat
  • Avoid direct heat on prints

Jewelry Care

925 Sterling Silver (Made in Italy)

Our Italian-crafted jewelry is made from 100% recycled sterling silver, certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC CoC). Nickel-free and hypoallergenic.

Daily Care:

  • Remove before showering/swimming
  • Avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, household chemicals, chlorine

Cleaning:

  • Use soft jewelry cloth
  • For deeper clean: warm water + mild soap, soft toothbrush, rinse, dry completely

Storage:

  • Store in anti-tarnish pouch (included)
  • Keep away from moisture
  • Separate pieces to avoid scratches

Tarnish:

  • Normal for sterling silver
  • Use silver polishing cloth
  • Commercial silver cleaner OK (test first)

Accessories Care

Umbrellas

  • Open to dry after use
  • Store in cool, dry place
  • Spot clean fabric with damp cloth
  • Do not machine wash

Tote Bags (Canvas)

  • Spot clean with damp cloth
  • Hand wash cold if needed
  • Air dry, iron on low if wrinkled

Caps

  • Spot clean or hand wash cold
  • Air dry, reshape while damp
  • Do not put in dryer

Repairs & Warranty

SIWF offers:

  • Free repairs first 6 months (manufacturing defects)
  • Paid repairs after 6 months
  • Jewelry replating services available
